Ellen Lo obtained her Bachelor Degree in Estate Management from Greenwich University (formerly Thames Polytechnic), UK and is the founder of Dudley Surveyors Ltd. She is now a Professional Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Professional Member of Hong Kong Institution of Surveyors and Registered Professional Surveyor and possesses over 22 years real estate valuation and surveying experience in Hong Kong and the PRC. She is also a Registered China Real Estate Appraiser.

Barry Law, CEO of Dudley Realty, has 25 years of solid experience in property agency management and property investment. He was the Founder and Managing Director of Ricacorp Properties Limited which was established in 1981 and is now one of the Big- 3 property agency group in Hong Kong with employees of over 1,300. He left Ricacorp in 2002 and found Dudley Realty in early 2005 with Ms. Ellen Lo, Chartered Surveyors and Managing Director of Dudley Surveyors Limited which is also a shareholder of Dudley Realty Limited.

Mr. Law has substantial experience in providing effective solutions to serious real estate investors and leading developers, from acquisition, renovation, modification, value enhancement, legal aspect, financing, market research and promotion to rental portfolio management. Mr. Law also has over 15 years of experience and well connection in China property market.
